Requesting a refund
Include the order reference, the account email and a short explanation. Signed-in users can link their own order to a support ticket. There is no self-service cash refund button: an administrator checks the original transaction and records the outcome. Do not include passwords, verification codes or full card details.
Standard full-order refunds
The site’s standard administrator refund flow is for a full original order whose granted credits are all still available: none have been consumed, reserved or expired. Eligibility uses the original order’s credit batches, not your total balance or credits from another purchase. Ordinary partial cash refunds are not provided by this flow. Other purchase problems and mandatory legal remedies can be raised with the operator.
Processing and payment outcomes
Refunds use the original payment provider, merchant account and transaction. Eligible credits are locked while processing. A confirmed refund reclaims the original credits; a confirmed failure releases the lock under the original validity rules. An unknown outcome stays under investigation. Timing depends on the payment provider and financial institution; submitting a request or seeing a pending status does not mean funds have arrived. An extra charge on the same order is investigated separately.
Task credits and content review
Task credit release or compensation is separate from a cash refund. Input rejected before generation is not charged; generated content withheld by review is charged at the original quote, including partial delivery. Failed or unknown review keeps the task pending and credits reserved until resolved. An appeal that restores the original result does not charge again or automatically refund credits. Site-side delivery problems can be investigated for a recorded credit compensation.
