Information used by the service

The site stores account and sign-in information, protected password verification data where used, session and security records, orders, payment references, credit activity, task inputs and results, uploaded files, support conversations and attachments. Payment details entered at a payment provider are handled by that provider; this site keeps the transaction records needed to verify and support a purchase.

Portrait photos

Photos you add stay in your browser until you start a video. Each uploaded portrait is then stored privately under your account and sent as a separate reference to the generation provider, and to content review when it is enabled. Roles you do not replace use the selected scene’s default portraits. They are not used to identify anyone or shown publicly by this site. The image remains in My files under the file rules described below. Contact the operator with any request about a photo of you.

Why information is used

Information is used to authenticate you, deliver requested tools and files, verify payments, manage credits, respond to support, protect access and investigate errors or disputes. Administrators can access information needed for these purposes under the site’s access controls; sensitive content access is recorded in audit logs.

Service providers

Enabled services may send necessary information to hosting and storage, email, sign-in, payment, generation and content review providers. Generation providers receive the input needed to perform your task; payment providers process checkout and refunds. A provider may process information in a different country and under its own terms and retention practices. Ask the operator about the providers and locations used by this deployment.

Content review

When content review is enabled, relevant text, images or video are sent to a third-party content review service. File access is limited by temporary read-only links. The third-party service has no scheduled automatic expiry for the input files, tasks and review results it stores. The retention period for text originals is not separately specified. Review evidence is normally retained by this site for 30 days after a decision; unresolved reviews and appeals can extend that period, and accepted appeals retain evidence until 30 days after handling is complete. Cleaning review evidence does not delete delivered works, financial records or audit history, and does not promise deletion by the third party. Optional analytics choices do not disable content review.

Cookies and optional analytics

Necessary sessions and security storage support sign-in and normal operation. Optional Google Analytics and Plausible collection only runs after you accept and when the operator has enabled the platform. You may reject or withdraw through Analytics settings without losing authentication or purchase access. The browser-level choice expires after 180 days; first sign-in can link it to your account, while signing out or changing accounts revokes that association. Other devices keep their own choices. Withdrawal stops future optional collection and clears related local identifiers; it does not claim to erase information already received by a platform.

Retention and deletion

Account, order, credit and audit records are retained to operate the service and preserve transaction history. Saved works remain until deleted under the file rules; files still referenced by a task or support conversation may not be deletable. Support history is retained long term. Optional source attribution is kept for up to 90 days, consent records for up to 180 days, and analytics delivery details for up to 30 days, subject to the configured cleanup process. These periods do not replace separate business record retention. Ask the operator about a specific record or deletion request.

Privacy requests

Contact the operator to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to ask about other privacy rights available under applicable law. Your identity and the relevant records may need to be verified. Some records may need to be retained for transaction, security or legal obligations. Where applicable, you may also contact your local data protection authority. No account deletion or data export is implied by submitting a support request.
