Terms of service
These terms explain the service rules for Tiny Desk AI Video. Please read them together with the privacy and refund policies before using paid features.

Operated by Tiny Desk AI Video
The service
Tiny Desk AI Video creates fictional AI band videos from the selected scene and portraits. Each video is 15 seconds in 720p, with vertical 9:16 or wide 16:9 framing and an MP4 download. Each generation uses 15 credits.
Your account
Provide an email address you control and protect your sign-in credentials. Do not share another person’s account or try to access their orders, files or tasks. Contact the operator if you suspect unauthorized access. Sensitive actions may require you to confirm your identity again.
Acceptable use
Only submit content you have the right to use. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringing content, abuse or attempts to bypass access controls, content review or resource limits. Content may be withheld following review; you can ask for a review through the task’s appeal entry or support.
Prohibited content
These rules apply to prompts, uploaded photos and files, generated results, and content shared through the service. Do not submit, generate or distribute: pornography, nudity or other NSFW sexual content; graphic violence or gore; hate speech or content promoting hatred or violence against protected groups; child sexual abuse or sexual exploitation material, including AI-generated, fictional or altered sexualized depictions of minors; unauthorized deepfakes, impersonation or false endorsements; or content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18.
Reports, restrictions and appeals
Anyone can report suspected misuse to support@generatetinydesk.com without an account. Include a page link or task reference and describe the issue; do not send illegal material as an attachment. Signed-in users can also use support tickets. Content may be rejected, withheld or removed, and further generation may be restricted while a report is reviewed. Use the task appeal action, where available, or contact support to request a review of a decision. Reports and appeals are reviewed using the relevant records; submitting one does not itself reverse a decision, return credits or refund a payment. Response and review time depends on the issue and available evidence.
Photos, likeness and parody
Only upload photos of yourself or of adults who agreed to appear in the video. Do not upload photos of minors. Do not use the service to impersonate anyone, or to present a generated video as a real performance, statement or endorsement. Label generated videos as AI-generated where you publish them. Tiny Desk AI Video is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by NPR, Tiny Desk, Charlie Wilson or The Gap Band. Generated soundtracks are not licensed copies of any existing recording.
Credits and task charges
Credits are used under this site’s pricing rules, not a provider’s bill. The accepted quote is reserved when a task is submitted. Input rejected before generation is not charged. Generated results rejected by content review are still charged at the original full quote; partial delivery is charged once without a per-item discount. Pending or unknown review keeps credits reserved until a supported outcome or administrator decision. Review corrections do not charge for the same generation again.
One-time video packs
Video packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Review the price, currency and included credits before paying. Purchased credits expire 365 days after they arrive. Each new generation uses 15 credits, including a new take requested after a completed video. See the refund policy for purchase issues.
Generated results and files
Generated content can be inaccurate or unsuitable for your intended use. Check it before relying on or publishing it, including any third-party rights that may apply. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information. Content review can prevent delivery or restrict an existing result. Keep your own copies of files you need; deleting a file does not undo the task’s credit charge.
Changes, interruptions and your rights
The operator may update available features and these policies. Accepted orders and tasks keep their recorded terms; a later price or configuration change does not rewrite them. Service interruptions and unresolved outcomes can require manual investigation. Contact the operator about a dispute. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law makes mandatory.
