The steps
- Open the generator, choose a scene, and keep its five default portraits or replace any of them.
- For each role, your uploaded photo takes priority; roles you do not replace keep their default portrait.
- Every video is 15 seconds in 720p and uses 15 credits. Choose vertical 9:16 or wide 16:9.
- Confirm that everyone pictured is an adult and agreed to appear, then start.
- Watch the finished video in My videos, then download it.
One photo or five?
| You want | Use | Trade-off |
|---|---|---|
| A quick personal meme | Your photo as lead | Fastest, least personal |
| A mini concert with friends | Two or three photos | More fun, more chances for faces to drift |
| A full custom band | All five roles | Most control, hardest to keep every face right |
Start with one. It is the quickest way to see how the format treats your face, and it makes later changes easier to judge.
Choosing a good photo
- One person, with the face filling much of the frame.
- Even light, facing forward or at a slight angle.
- No sunglasses, masks, heavy filters or blurry screenshots.
- A separate photo for each person, not a crop from a crowded group shot.
If the result looks off
| You notice | Try |
|---|---|
| The face looks generic | A sharper, better-lit photo with no filter |
| Two people look too alike | Photos of people who look more distinct, or fewer custom roles |
| Someone changes between moments | Simplify the cast and use your clearest photos |
| Hands or instruments look strange | Generate another take. This is common in AI video |
Every take is different, and no setting guarantees a perfect one. Each new take uses credits.
Before you post
- Watch the whole clip, not just the first second.
- Check that the lead is still recognizable throughout.
- Use vertical for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, and wide for YouTube.
- Add a short caption that sets up the joke.
- Label it as AI-generated, and never present it as a real concert.
About the music
The soundtrack is newly generated with the video. It is not "Outstanding" or any other existing recording. If you add a commercial song in an editor, you need the rights to it.
